Orders are carefully inspected, packed, and insured within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping notification once it's on its way.

Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier volume.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to your door.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
We want you to love your fragrance. If something isn't right, we accept returns under the following conditions:
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
