These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lempreinteofficial.ca and any purchase made through our site. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

About L'Empreinte

L'Empreinte is a curated fragrance boutique. We are a reseller — we source genuine, authorized fragrances and do not manufacture the products we sell.

Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and their prices accurately. However:

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or discontinue a product at any time.
• Colors, packaging, and batch details may vary slightly from what's shown on the site, as is normal with genuine fragrance products.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method provided. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Authenticity

Every fragrance we sell is genuine and sourced through authorized channels. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, decanted, or tester-only products unless clearly disclosed on the product listing.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of L'Empreinte or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Brand names and product images belong to their respective fragrance houses and are used here for the purpose of identifying and selling genuine goods.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the site's normal operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, L'Empreinte is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
